System Performance Issues

Is it just me or does Bush seem to slow down a la havoc'esque? Page loading seems to take a while right after it ticks (maybe 10 seconds?) than all is fine till it ticks again.

I'm using FF 3.5.2

Anyone else experience this or suggest any tuning I can do on my end?

Page Load Time: 0.715s.


No problems here, and my PC is 4 years old.

Where/how do you get the page loading information?

Enable Page Footers

Page Generation Time: 0.0092s
Page Load Time: 0.153s.

Speedy speedy, check the page footers and see if either of those times seems slow to you.

If "Page Generation Time" is high - then it means the server CPU is struggling to create the page as fast as normal, because of so much activity on the server etc.

If "Page Load Time" is high, then your connection is being very slow at receiving the data - so somewhere on the internet route between your PC and the server, something is being slow.

If neither is high, but pages are still taking a while to load, then your ISP or connection is having trouble making initial connections to the Bushtarion server - and can be considered the same as having a high "page load time".
