random cookie loss

in the last few weeks i randomly lose a cookie when i log in. i cant seem to figure out why, its not my firewall as it doesnt happen everytime i log in. its not because it gets swiped every night as i checked and it doesnt only occur after midnight.

not only that but it seems to not remember any other stuff when this happens like i dont get automatically logged into the forums even though i ticked the log on everytime button.

would really like some help with it if anyone had any ideas.

You're probably clearing all of your temp files, histories, cookies etc. in one go - either with some privacy program that runs every now & then automatically you have installed (could be part of another application like Norton suite or some spyware suite), or within your browser manually (eg in Firefox if you go to Tools->Clear personal data, one of the tick boxes is to clear cookies).

I say this because you've just said it's deleting all of your cookies, not just your log in to Bushtarion cookie, and what you describe is exactly what would happen.
