dont want to get locked out of bush for using my phone to get on a few times

Sure, you just need to use a phone browser capable of storing cookies! "Mini Opera" is reknowned to be a good browser for mobiles with working cookies, if you are unable to set your phone's built in browser up to store cookies correctly.
