Well either solo w/ NAPs or small team alliances would be an alright start with only 30 players. We would need to confirm all 30 are partaking for definite, and a lottery system randomly selects who is in what alliance - Or NAP triangles are done by players' choice. Just ideas, but people need to chip in quickly if you want to set this up soon.
