Garg Cheat...Again

IDs aren't allowed, so I'll just describe them as the dark-coloured Satan with a 76% bounty, and the Admin's soldier with the palindromic ID number.

They were land trading earlier in the round and now the second one is feeding troops to the former.

This tactic is remarkably familiar to anyone who remembers KB, and I think it is probably him AGAIN.

Can we please delete him this time? I'm getting really tired of it.
