    Bushtarion largely runs completely automatically, and has been designed intentionally to be as self-maintaining as possible, with mechanics and balance considered at a completed point.

    Please do not spend large amounts of time coming up with complex suggestions in the hope that they will be read and possibly implemented in the future, unless you just enjoy the discussion, theory-craft, and such.

    The most likely changes will be rules-changes, specific number-tweaks to units, techs, and similar sorts of changes, and only if a large community consensus is reached as "proof" that a change would, overall, be an improvement, and are more likely to be done in batches, occassionally, not as a regular thing.

I think you should be able to steal the funds for yourself!

Really, i dont know why this isnt the case. We can steal seeds/plants which all yield profit, so why not cash? In fact, stealing cash would probably turn out to be less profitable in the long run as hardly anyone hoards cash so it would be hard to find people to steal money from...

except for havoc ;)

They are a useless unit at the moment. To destroy a decent amount of funds you need to spends trilions on the things and even then they have no benifical use to yourself.

Reduce their cost, or increase the amount of funds that they can destroy per unit.

Money launderers can destroy up to 75% (up from 55%) in one tick, and can do £10k funds each not £3k funds.

Check the manual, Azzer just hasnt updated the balance updates with the information yet.

even if they destroy twice that at 100% they still dont give you bugger all. All you do is piss people off as they know you gain nothing.

'tis true, it's a unit only to be used by assholes, but many people are assholes, so expect these to be quite popular.

There was a guy last round who planted, had bugger all LET but 3t in funds sitting there and just used to mail his funds figure to people to get them to recall - if I'd had 20m money launderers I'd just have sent at him constantly while he was offline to destroy the funds. Yeah, they're a ******* unit, but there are some ******* players in this game and in some ways I'd like nothing better than to destroy a trillion of someone's funds. It's even more annoying because you know they gained absolutely nothing from it.

Also, i'd never get them over seed thieves because not enough people sit on enough funds to make it worth while IMO...when you can have seed thieves (alot of people will be sitting on seeds) and get something out of it as well as hurting the other guy

This unit is obviously meant for ally play, and made to be used in cooperation with seed thieves and plant thieves, to utterly rampage a player. For a solo player it will never be useful - it's not in it's nature - but for an alliance that builds some tactics around it, it can indeed be quite an addition to it's arsenal.

Certain units and features will never be feasible for a single player to use, as that would leave them overpowered in the hands of a skilled alliance.

They need some tweaking to make them viable... maybe if it's something like 5% of the funds destroyed are given to the attacker.

At present Plant and Seed theifs will gain you something by using them - these units just don't.
