TimeZones are not that different.. Its kinda the same, since canada has lots of time zones, and argentina is near them, at least JJ's, Mateen',s etc.. 1 hour difference, its like nothing

That's for countries who can't make up a full 10 members. Atm Canada has 9, and i'm sure we can scrape up 1 more If not i suspect you would be more than acceptable but until then...
