i think it is mostly in the afternoon (GMT time) in the morning it seems to be working fine!

I'm used to poor internet connections and using sub par web browsers. So if I'm ever having a problem voting i try to get some one else to vote at the same time as me. i ask in the alliance who hasn't voted yet today. and get them to vote. so i can claim my seeds by clicking vote at the same time/just before them (5 minute window). all it takes is the number of votes for bushtarion to increase between when you clicked vote and the following 5minutes in which you refresh. (you can refresh as much as you like don't have to wait for the vote to be cast b4 refreshing)

this also helps me regularly when i can vote according to bushtarion, but according to dofg, i can only cast one vote a day and I've already voted.
