Rank 1 H/F Award - Not Working

Alchemist got rank 1 H/F this round, but he didn't got the award for it, as he should.

Same thing happened to me last round, as i ended rank 1 H/F aswell, and still didn't got the award.

h/f still hasn't been properly set up in terms of portal. For example, it still doesn't display the title you achieved in the "ID History" bit. I made a suggestion about sorting it out a while ago, but nothing came of it.
