Hi

Am looking for a cheap fast reliable laptop that has good battery life. It's just for things like excel/browsing and maybe occasionally watching a film.

Any good suggestions? I'll probably buy something refurbished?

What about something like a MS Surface 2 or Surface pro 2? That should come with office RT too. Not as much storage though, and probably less input options.

if that's all your requirements, you could probably hang around the bins for a day or two and find something suitable
