Indeed, this is another positive aspect.
Nobody can deny the man knows how to lead a team to success, and knows what is requiredto achieve it. So if we get a bad run of results, the blame will have to be large lain at the feet of the players.
Of course, Capello is touted as a good psychologist, which is really what we need to motivate our players.

Admittedly Sven wasn't roundly loved, but I flinch every time i hear truly mediocre managers like Pearce, Allardyce and McClaren even being suggested.
9 first division titles in Italy and Spain and a Champions League winner? That's the kind of class I want.
