Can a one person ally portal?

Thinking it might amuse me for a second or two to play solo for a bit then make a one man ally to portal.

Is this doable? Dont ask why im doing it, maybe the glory of finishing 9th or something.

u will portal if u go public

No you can't portal an alliance with under 5 members.
Last round Darksider had a 1 man alliance and it did not portal, which kinda messed up the portal as only 12 alliances made it to the portal because of this.
