I've learned nothing whilst in this alliance. In fact, I think I'm worse now than I've ever been, and that's saying something. Podunk's the WORST.

What it comes down to, is many of the newcomers I ended up with didn't actually want to learn. Instead they thought they had more knowledge about the game and would refuse to listen to criticism.
