Heh, training didn't go as planned most of the new people that signed up for the training alliance didn't even apply at the round start. Some that managed to apply decided not to login for about a week.
Also, getting them in IRC was the single hardest task. They seemed to think it wasn't needed...
What it comes down to, is many of the newcomers I ended up with didn't actually want to learn. Instead they thought they had more knowledge about the game and would refuse to listen to criticism.
All that being said, we have 2 of the newcomers left out of about 8-9... One left today because constant inc isn't fun.
