Private world disabled?

Any reason why they are disabled? I was going to buy one to have a bit of fun before round start

Not entirely sure. I personally thought they would be activated but no dice.

I imagine that perhaps Azzer wants a stop to all bush-related gaming in order to place more emphasis on the importance of the start of the new age. (Also to ensure nobody is playing a PW on the start date, and detracting from the importance of round start).
