I thought game cash was gonna be 1/2 price this round
currantly
You can currently purchase up to £985,000,000,000 game cash for 20 Bushtarion Credits, however you need another 20 Bushtarion Credits first.

So if this was a normal round it would be possible to spend £40 on credits to buy that cash. Thats just rediculous.

It would be if it was actually £40 :p

It is saying you need to buy another 20 BC because I'll bet a pound to a penny that your current BC balance is zero. The actual cost is 20 BC.

And it's £1 trill btw.

Re: Game cash

well before round started it was stated that game cash would be about 1/2 normal price, so atm for 20BC i can get 1tril, but in normal round this would be 40BC for 1 Tril.
But am I wrong in thinking 1BC=£1

Re: Game cash

3/4 of the players inside the top100 gets 1T funds PER 24 hours.

Im not even tempted to buy gamecash! not even if its trippled. its NOT worth 40 or even 20 pounds in my opinion, but thats mine!:)

Only way i see GC ever getting to use is when u restart half-way the round and spending game-cash to buy some wheelers/geos and lots of flak to get a quick land rapage.

Re: Game cash

Alwaysnumb1, you are simply wrong in here. You see it would not be 40£ for 1tril. You see that game cash is always given in comparison to top peoples funds/acres or something.
So actually you are given certain amount depending on the games situation, so you always get same percentage of top peoples funds/acres, counted with some unknown formulae. So the amount wouldnt be 40£ and 1 trill, but something very different.

In other hand that 1 tril is not that much for top 10 people, so it actually doesnt even mean to give such big advantage. If you have that much money to spare, feel free, if you dont then you actually dont even need to. All you must do is play bit better and you get easily more funds than such game cash buying people will ever get.

You simply cant win this game with game cash, you can win only by playing better than everyone else.

Re: Game cash

Game cash does not make the game imbalanced.

As for the cost... anything is worth what people will pay for it. You don't have to spend money on GC to win/do well in this game.

I only bought it to pwn attackers atf3 or last tick or to save my entire ally when it needed a ton of troops and i was the only about to do it.

Re: Game cash

In a normal round, the game cash per credit is as follows;
1-5 credits: 6,000,000,000 per credit.
6-10 credits: 18,500,000,000 per credit.
11-15 credits: 35,000,000,000 per credit.
16-20 credits: 40,000,000,000 per credit.
21+ credits: 60,000,000,000 per credit.

For this round, the game cash amounts are;
1-5 credits: 12,000,000,000 per credit.
6-10 credits: 35,000,000,000 per credit.
11-15 credits: 70,000,000,000 per credit.
16-20 credits: 80,000,000,000 per credit.
21+ credits: 120,000,000,000 per credit.

Just about double the cash "per credit", as opposed to being "half-priced". Therefore that "£985,000,000,000" amount is 20 credits this round, and would normally be ~28-29 credits. So while it's technically not half price because of the way credits gain "more value per credit" the more is purchased in any given week, you are getting double the cash per credit that you would normally be getting, which has benefitted since week one when you really would have been getting it "half price" etc.

Sorry for any lack of clarity in how the game cash worked this round compared to previous rounds.

Please keep in mind you don't have to buy the full amount of bc's offered, you can buy what you can afford and still purchase game cash =p

@azzer it dont add up

For this round, the game cash amounts are;
1-5 credits: 12,000,000,000 per credit.
6-10 credits: 35,000,000,000 per credit.
11-15 credits: 70,000,000,000 per credit.
16-20 credits: 80,000,000,000 per credit.
21+ credits: 120,000,000,000 per credit.

theres nothing listed for if you buy 21 credits so I assume it same as 21+

You can currently purchase up to £1,105,000,000,000 game cash for 21 Bushtarion Credits, however you need another 21 Bushtarion Credits first. by my calculator i make that 52619047619/BC (52B/BC) thats not anything like them numbers quoted.
above numbers mean for 21 BC i should get 2.5tril. or at least 1.7tril.

Something aint right

Re: Game cash

alwaysnumb. it is added up as in first 5 creds are worth 12 bil, next 5 are worth 35bil each.

so its not 21*120bil, its

(5*12)+(5*35)+(5*70)+(5*80)+(1*120) = 1105bil, or 1.105 tril

Re: Game cash

It's the best way of doing it while making game cash purchases at round start valuable to me sales end, valuable to player purchaser end, and conrolling the amount of game cash so it's always balanced based on the average valuations of everyone in the game ;)

It adds up perfectly. I think you missed that, if you are allowed to buy 10 BCs of game cash, that doesn't mean you get 350 billion in funds. Each BC does not get you 35b. Each of the first 5 BCs you spend gets you 12 billion. Each of the next 5 gets you 35 billion. So if you're buying 21 BCs worth of game cash, that doesn't mean you get 21 x 120b funds. The first 5 BCs get you 12b each, the next 5 get you 35b each, the next 5 get you 70b each, the next 5 get you 80b each, and the 21st BC gets you 120b. It's about increasing marginal returns :D
