So, how many people here enjoy a lovely cup of tea? And if so, how frequently? I've been told I drink too much tea; perhaps between 8 and 20 cups a day, depending on the day itself!
I've just come across some interesting news though... I normally pour boiling/hot water onto a teabag in a cup, but I've just found some information on the correct way to pour tea.

Behold:

So how do you pour tea? And what kind of tea do you normally drink? I prefer a bit of Earl Grey myself, or just some basic PG. Let the good times roll.

Re: Tea!

8 to 20 cups sounds excessive. I know tea doesn't have much caffeine in it compared to other stuff but that must mess up your sleep patterns :p

I drink 1 or 2 cups a day - just the normal stuff, EG or PG. My brother likes white tea, green tea and all sorts of weird flavours. Those types have even less caffeine and are apparently very good for you. If you can get used to the slightly bitter taste then I recommend it.

BTW - Picture caption: '1 tubgirl 1 teacup' ?

If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't look into it. I think need help :/

Re: Tea!

Tea ftw

I drink probably between 4 and 6 cups (large mugs) a day.

Usually I drink ceylon, but sometimes jasmine.

I don't like flavoured teas.

I don't have a preference between tea and coffee...but I need about 3 cups of whichever to get my day started:)

Re: Tea!

Tea is awesome hot or cold. I drink a pot of hot tea about once a week. I generally stick with black tea but I like all kinds.

sometimes I take it with lemon or milk :) a little sweetner ( diabetic ). good stuff

Re: Tea!

Tea is my single favourite thing in the world. I like most kinds too, though prefer Lady Grey.

To be honest, Weeble, I'm surprised I've finally found someone who drinks more tea than me

Re: Tea!

I cannot stand hot tea (far too bitter for me, no matter how much sugar I put in!)...

However, Lipton's Iced Tea ftw :D

Re: Tea!

ha tea ftw. I usually drink all kinds of lemon tea.

I put in some sugar and lemon in it if it's black tea (like sweet lemon and formosa), but the green lemon varieties (lemongrass, etc) I drink without anything added. Average about 3-5 cups a day I think.

I'm upset that only two people commented on the picture.

You're all boring!

Except you, Claire. You're special.
