Retal wtf?

can sum1 tell me the rules for this "retal" thingy, whereby if i attack sum1 much larger then me, they are allowed to attack me?

As you well know the limit for attacks is 30% (with mod).

If you attack someone however, they can 'retal' you if you are over 5% of their score iirc.

Let me guess, you tried to kill off some units and learned the hard way?

well, i had a couple RPGs, and rank1 is a PoM, so i thought i had a cunning plan, but it kinda backfired
