As it was my suggestion, I'll take the mantle to organise things. What I request of people is to post in this thread if they wish to be a member of the alliances or a leader. It may well be worth putting a little about yourself if you wish, because if you are a relativly unknown name, you will need to explain your timezone/activity etc. This will assist the leader's when making choices to compliment their teams.
Following on from this there will be votes on all those who want to put themselves forward leaders, based on how many people apply to be members (how many alliances there will be), those 2-4 leaders will become the leaders and we will arrange the 'team-pick' selection.
