Almost certainly will be.
It's takes the code provided by the bush server, and tinkers with it to display something different. If it hasn't got all the info it thinks it needs from the server, it breaks. Used to do that to me on occasion.

I had it happen last round, and disabled the tooltip. It's definitely the root cause of your problemo.
