I tried to find it in the manual as somebody has asked me but I couldn't find it.

-1 and -2 rushes on Bounty targets get a bigger gain, is it 1.5 and 2x respectively, or something else?

* Bounty bonuses on adrenaline rushed mobs have been reduced to 1.5* and 1.8* the normal bounty gains, for -1 and -2 respectively.
