Usually you set your colour scheme once and then you're done with it. What's the reason for having the link under Your account/ID? It's probably better off to put it back under ID settings. :)

Just a small note: Currently, when you head to the homepage and are still logged in, you get the "Signup Free Now!" message. (Shouldn't that be "for free"?) Only under that message, in tiny, is the "Head to ID Selection here" text. Maybe remove the "Signup now" message, which is useless anyway...
