Does anyone know if there are any new changes being implemented. There aren't any that have been suggested on the overview... So is the rest of Age 4.5 going to be implemented along with a couple injury changes? Thanks. (Sorry if this was already asked. I couldn't find it.)

So I attacked some player 200 % of me with 66% bounty. I attacked him by myself and he is a p-solo. I lost 1.5 tril and dished out 800 bil. I earned 500 bil of bounty but I got only 25% injury? Is there a reduction of injury if you are bounty hunting?
