Anyone speak fluent Chinese that can translate something for me?

Well basically the most common and "original" spoken form of the Chinese language is known as Madarin, and then there are tons of dialects based on the subgroups within the Chinese, which is mostly determined by the areas which the people live in. In particular, Cantonese came from around the Guangzhou area, and is mostly used by people in Hong Kong nowadays. :D

So apparently Chinese people are illiterate in their own language. If anyone feels like planning a revolution in China just write all your posters in Chinese and your secret is safe.

Just came across this, I can both speak and read Canto-chinese, so if you still need translating, send it over.
