new intel option

I would like to be able to have an intel that shows me another players stats page. ( i suggest it to exist after spies

I havent thought of the downsides or upsides (such as being able to see what tech a player has started or not started from £ spend in a single tick, if a solo regularly sleeps)

but i like the idea, purely from the view point of being able to see another players activity, without polo app. (which only spans the past week)

Might not have applications within the actual game, but I think revealing a player's stats (or a few of them) during Havoc/round end might be a bit of fun.

Activated at the same time as alliance stats i'd be fine to have that happen. Interesting idea and would be kind of fun

i would suggest not allowing 'Total login times' and 'Total ticks whilst "online"' to be visible.

just so the inactive solos/noobs dont get tagged so easy. yes? no?
