Ahem, Section 2 of the harassment act 1997 says that:
"The person whose conduct is in question ought to know that it amounts to or involves hasassment of another
if a reasonable person in possession of the same information would think the course of conduct amounted to harrassment of the other.
As an officious bystander I feel that the conduct was reasonable
There was is no anixety so pffft take it to court and apply for an injunction. Boring. =P Because all you will get is an injunction
I'm joking FYI. I think its was cruel and I have more right than most to be 'annoyed' with these people, and I would never even consider such a thing. Although, I also feel that those who were 'abused' should chillax, its not a 'serious offense' at all. It's rather minor. Deal with it. Boring.
