Lukey pranked Marvin FIRST in the middle of the night for no reason, after that marvin and some ppl joked about pranking lukey for revenge which ollie eventually did (without being asked by anyone else, he just did it)

Pretty much everyone said what i was thinking. Obviously not blaming Ahead or anything. It does seem that a few stupid mistakes led to this.

But this reminds me of a prank i got from someone. It was freakin hilarious at the time.

I had just gone to sleep when some dude rings my mobile with an Indian accent and claiming to be from my service provider. Then he claims that my phone has been visiting malicious porn sites and has leaked a Trojan into their system and was destroying all the files. lmao. He asks me to confirm this, ect and that if I upgrade my phone plan they will drop all charges! It was too obvious they were full of sh*t. But it was still funny as hell.

And he keeps asking me to confirm this and then he was asking me to upgrade to 39 dollar porno cap, so I can jack off for longer!

I am still totally confused how they got my number or who they are. Me suspects friend or at least someone i have known...

I do not condone any of the pranking/personal detail issues raised here (do not presume that this is what my post is about), but to be fair, RebelRR have been far from angels throughout the whole escapade. I won't say pubclicly but details of their behaviour has been passed on, as well as that of the "accused".

As far as I am aware, the only person who actually pranked RRR is ollie| and he has admitted to it.

Imo this is just an attempt to weaken the resistance as it wasn't that big of a deal AT ALL.

It's been blown way out of proportion; What was said in resistance channel was indeed a JOKE - Someone might have pranked an RRR member, but I seriously doubt RRR had more than 2 pranks from outsiders for the entire time.

edit; So basicly yes, I'm saying people are lying about getting pranked. - Or are just getting stalked by other people outside bush. =D

Ditto. Especially seeing as I have seen IRC logs of one RebelRR member in particular making false accusations (that I know for a fact to be false). It remains to be seen just how many or RebelRR have lied about it now.

I was in that channel and was reading along, and i can assure that everybody (maybe one or two retard exceptions) understood it was a joke and didn't actually do the prankings. And most (including myself) already said that it was wrong and taking the game to real life went too far. But those logs are prolly 'lost' or something?

As an officious bystander I feel that the conduct was reasonable

There was is no anixety so pffft take it to court and apply for an injunction. Boring. =P Because all you will get is an injunction


I'm joking FYI. I think its was cruel and I have more right than most to be 'annoyed' with these people, and I would never even consider such a thing. Although, I also feel that those who were 'abused' should chillax, its not a 'serious offense' at all. It's rather minor. Deal with it. Boring.

you are right, in that chan most of the people who spoke up (which was like 5?) said that it was wrong. there were also several others there that said nothing.

My phone wasn't called so I have no numbers to show around asking if it's theirs, but I highly doubt that ReRR are making up being called.

Now could details about # of times and # of people be wrong/exagerrated... sure. But I have no doubt that people were called.

It was joking up to a point, but people, even after a few of us agreeing that it was wrong, kept talking about it and were talking about setting up a schedule the day after even.

Echoing Silence's points, pranking to harrass is obviously not right, but reading some of the posts in here you'd have thought marvin or whoever had thrown bricks through their windows.

I don't know all the facts, so I'm withholding judgement, although knowing the people who are accused I find it pretty unlikely that anything malicious was intended.

But I'd be interested to know how many people who have posted here *are* in full possession of the facts, and how many of you are leaping at the opportunity to post the no doubt satisfying phrase "omg that's disgusting get a life".

The number of people on these forums who jump immediately to the conclusion which will allow them to post the most hate is "disgusting" and "pathetic" to use some of your terms.
