Shifting Powers is a new alliance, that will focus on having good allies with others, maybe sub-divisions as it grows, building friendships and growing our power, working together to rule Bushtarion and at the same have strong defences, to shake the attacker off.

Our motto is (once I get the chance to build the HQ): We work together, inpenetrable forces, defences strong, friends growing, charging to the top.

We are aiming to hit top 5 status after around 6 rounds, with 3 sub-divisions having a total of 80 players, with around 25-40 friends.

We only care for how much experience/route/GMT you have/take.

Only 3 rules:
1: STAY ACTIVE! I bet no-one wants to have inactive players in their alliance. Any member inactive for 14 days unless given 21 days notice will be booted immediately.

2: Be active at least 4 hours if possible

3: IRC pretty much a requirement, I don't want people who can't keep the connections up. I need mails if you are giving donations, so I don't have to sift through whether you're leaving the round or just donating £100,000,000.

I want an alliance where we can have good friends, good times and good battles.
If anyone thinks this is a joke to be honest i'm really angry at them.
If you haven't got anything nice to say, either:
1: Use constructive criticism

Well, i will say that it will be quite difficult to get that many players. And plus, most people that want to be allied are in one right now. Just dont expect it work out straight away.

You are probably better off joining any alliance. I will tell you that your goals are far fetched. Im assuming you are new. Just apply for alliances already out there. Most are really friendly and are just there to have a good time with one another. And most are active and defend each other.

I bet underdogs would take you just apply
