Right, now that Bikers have been tweaked to silence all those PoMs out there, I have a new gripe to replace the old one;

The BR below ended up being against pure Bikers and some Hools, however absolutely no Gargantuas where converted from the remains of the Bikers...

[close] 2,583,826 allied Scrap Bot attacked, killing 913,763 hostile staff.
[close] 2,837,776 allied Cybernetic Warrior attacked, killing 593,416 hostile staff.

Now maybe its just me, but surely Bikers should fall into the category of vehicle? After all you have to develop 'Bike Shop' to get them and in there unit description it clearly states that a Harley (i.e. a motorbike) is part of the biker package. So why do not you get Gargantuas from them??

Because it's a biker, not a bike. It's the guy that rides the bike. The fleshy, meaty guy with the beard.

seriously!? but what about his bike? i mean fleshy humans have more chance of being dismembered in battle than a big piece of hardened metal. so there would be bike remains, and considering that you can kill a biker without damaging his vehicle! What about apaches and jeeps etc... without the fleshy human thing they would be immobile flak.

can you explain why Gargoyles fall under the Machine/Vehicle category then? as it is neither. The Biker is nothing without the Bike, otherwise he would just be a fat bloke. So should definitely be changed IMO.

Because he is living? Bushtarion was never created to be realistic. Unless you've seen T-rexes fight apaches, harriers fighting bikers etc etc.
So, now what would be the benefit of having bikers as a vehicle? It wouldn't make a difference for its purpose, might even make it interesting. Make poms weaker against vehicles, and make bikers vehicle? Would solve the problem of bikers being too easily distracted, without a major increase of bikers' armour? Would make it even harder for poms to stop jeeps tho, but then one would need more hippy vans, would give them more purpose because right now it's rather underused by poms.

So: Make biker vehicle, and poms less damage to vehicles!
